What’s the difference between a Booking Fee and Commission?
The major difference is the Jetvia booking fee is known to our members ahead of time while a commission could be up to 30% of a fare, depending on how much the customer pays for the flight and how deeply discounted of a fare the broker negotiates with the operator.
Does Jetvia own or operate any of the jets members fly on?
We do not, we believe it’s best to keep our margins thin and gain the most flexibility and control by working with operators around the world. Even if you were a member of one of those membership sites that do own their own jet, it doesn’t mean you’ll ever fly on an owned jet.
I have a favorite Charter company already, does Jetvia book with them?
Charter operators and Jet owners love us because we are honest and transparent with our fees. Believe it or not, charter operators sometimes will refund a portion of a fare due to mechanical issues only to have it go directly to the brokers wallet. You will always know exactly what fare we paid for the flight.

Most likely, yes! If a Jetvia member prefers a specific charter operator, we’re happy to work with them, and we’ll usually still be able to save you money over going direct.
I would like to book a flight for a friend, can I do that?
Our business members are able to book flight for anyone they are directly connected to (friends, colleagues, coworkers). Our personal members must be a passenger on the flight they are booking.
