Our cancellation policy requires written notification by email, fax, or mail.

• 72 Hours or More Before Departure: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are fully refundable unless an aircraft has been repositioned. In that case, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.
• 48–72 Hours Before Departure: Cancellations within this window will incur a 25% charge of the quoted trip amount.
• 24–48 Hours Before Departure: If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before departure, 50% of the quoted trip amount will be charged.
• Less Than 12 Hours Before Departure: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure are non-refundable, and 100% of the quoted amount will be charged.
