Matt O'Hayer

Chief Executive Officer

An entrepreneur all his life, Matt O’Hayer has spent more than 40 years building businesses, and has started more than 50 companies since he was a teenager. O’Hayer is the founder of Vital Farms, the leading U.S. brand of pasture-raised eggs by retail dollar sales, as well as the co-founder of Blue Zones Kitchens, which focuses on helping people live longer, healthier lives. With a lifelong passion for aviation, O’Hayer has been a licensed instrument pilot for nearly 50 years. O’Hayer is an accomplished chef, an organic gardener, and the founder and former president of the Organic Egg Farmers of America. O’Hayer and his companies are committed to the concept of Conscious Capitalism, which prioritizes building business with purpose and the long-term benefits of each of its stakeholders.

Nick Tyson​​

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Nick started in the Marketing and Financial sectors building websites and developing brands for clients. He always had an urge to fly and started taking flying lessons working his way up to Commercial Pilot. In 2019 Nick joined the Jetvia team, currently flying as a captain and is combining his experience with client relationships, marketing and business development to help Jetvia pave a path for the future.

DeeAnna Brodie

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

DeeAnna received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Accounting University of Texas El Paso. Since 2005 she has had an extensive career in the management of marketing and aircraft charter management on a regional and national basis.

She performed as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Jetvia from 2006 to 2010 where she facilitated an increase of sales revenue and led the establishment of Jetvia’s Vail Base of Operation. In 2011 she was an independent contractor for Bombardier Aerospace, Richardson, TX. Sales Manager for FlexJet, from April 2012 – May 2015. She served as Vice President of Sales – Southwest and Central Region for Unity Jets, from July 2015 – March 2017. From 2017 to 2020, she served as VP of Sales & Customer Service for PlaneSmart Aviation, managing all sales and new business activities of aircraft.

Scott Caddick

Scott has more than 30 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force, maintaining Gulfstream aircraft for the 89th Presidential Airlift Wing at Andrews Air Force Base. Following his honorable discharge in 2002, Scott joined NetJets International, where he advanced into senior leadership roles and concluded a 14-year tenure overseeing maintenance operations for more than 400 aircraft.

In 2014, Scott joined Gulfstream Aerospace, rising to Senior Operations Manager with responsibility for operational performance, resources, and customer relations. He later joined Wheels Up in 2019, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Maintenance, where he led maintenance operations for the company’s floating fleet and standardized operations across multiple certificates while expanding internal service and mobile maintenance capabilities.

Jacob Wall

James Grizzard

DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE

James received his A&P license from Rice Aviation in 1991. He started his first job in aviation at Julie’s Aircraft service from 1991 to 1998. While at Julie’s, he worked on aircraft ranging from a Cessna 150 to a Boeing 777. He then moved to Frontier Airlines where he worked at line service from 1998 to 1999 on their 737-200 and -300 fleet. James made the move to Jetvia in 1999 and became the Director of Maintenance in 2001. He currently oversees the maintenance of Jetvia’s whole Learjet fleet.

Andre Anderson

CHIEF PILOT

Andre started his aviation career in June 1981 by serving in the United States Air Force as a C-5A, B Crew Chief and later as Squadron Maintenance Supervisor. His service allowed him to attain his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic license. After being honorably discharged, he continued his aviation studies by attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical and pursing a degree in Professional Aeronautics. In 1995, he started and successfully operated Regional Air Charters of Florida (a Part 135 Operation) before selling the company to continue his career as a pilot. Going forward, he flew major FAA 135 cargo operations and an FAA 121 airline operations throughout the world.
