An entrepreneur all his life, Matt O’Hayer has spent more than 40 years building businesses, and has started more than 50 companies since he was a teenager. O’Hayer is the founder of Vital Farms, the leading U.S. brand of pasture-raised eggs by retail dollar sales, as well as the co-founder of Blue Zones Kitchens, which focuses on helping people live longer, healthier lives. With a lifelong passion for aviation, O’Hayer has been a licensed instrument pilot for nearly 50 years. O’Hayer is an accomplished chef, an organic gardener, and the founder and former president of the Organic Egg Farmers of America. O’Hayer and his companies are committed to the concept of Conscious Capitalism, which prioritizes building business with purpose and the long-term benefits of each of its stakeholders.

Flying since age 13 and writing code by 15, Nick Tyson serves as President of Jetvia, where he oversees finance, sales, asset management, operations, and client relationships across a company of more than 100 employees. Tyson joined the company in 2019 and played a central role in scaling the fleet from four Learjet 60s to more than 29 aircraft, personally sourcing nearly every acquisition. He led the 2024 rebrand to Jetvia and the company’s 2025 acquisition by entrepreneur Matt O’Hayer, and worked directly with the FAA to add a Part 91K fractional certificate to Jetvia’s operations. In June 2026 he launched Bluebird, Jetvia’s empty leg subscription service, which he built end to end himself. Tyson remains a type-rated Learjet 60 Captain and flies regularly to stay close to the customer experience.

DeeAnna has spent more than two decades in aircraft charter management and aviation marketing, at both the regional and national level. As Jetvia’s VP of Sales and Marketing from 2006 to 2010, she grew sales revenue and led the launch of the company’s Vail base of operations. Her career since has included senior sales leadership at FlexJet, Unity Jets, and PlaneSmart Aviation.

Jacob has been flying since he was 16. He now leads Operations at Jetvia, where an active Learjet 60 Captain’s perspective informs every decision on the ground. His background spans aviation and enterprise technology, including large-scale B2B platforms, complex integrations, and $400M in M&A transactions. At Jetvia he focuses on cost control, vendor and fuel strategy, and modernizing the processes behind a growing operation.

Kevin Crowley is Chief Financial Officer, leading financial strategy and infrastructure at Jetvia. With a background spanning public accounting, startups, high-growth companies, turnarounds, CPG, and SaaS, Kevin thrives in complexity — building the systems and processes that give leadership teams real visibility and the data to make smart decisions. He manages key banking and investor relationships and is known for being a true strategic partner, bridging finance, ops, and strategy with a steady hand and a founder-friendly lens.

Stevie Coleman leads people strategy at Jetvia. She brings 15+ years of HR experience from aerospace, media, and fintech—most recently as Head of HR at Series B fintech MoCaFi, and previously supporting operations at Honeywell and leading talent at CBS Television Studios and BuzzFeed. Known for her practical, approachable style, Stevie partners with leaders across the company to build the infrastructure and culture that enable long-term growth—from compensation strategy and hiring to organizational development and navigating change at scale.

Ben Arp is President of Vital Interests, the holding company founded by Matt O’Hayer that owns Jetvia, along with businesses in hospitality, CPG, and real estate. He leads strategy and day-to-day execution across the its portfolio. Before Vital Interests, Ben helped scale Axios HQ, a SaaS spinout of Axios Media. He holds a BA in Government and French from the College of William & Mary.

Elliot Thaker is the Chief of Staff to the President of Jetvia, where he leads strategy and special projects and oversees execution across the company’s operating priorities. After beginning his career as a consultant contracted to the Department of Defense, Elliot moved into startups — as one of the first hires at hospitality-technology startup GigFinesse, he built the operational backbone behind tens of thousands of live events nationwide — and has since advised on venture formation and acquisitions at Vital Interests. He works best in complexity and across functions, building the infrastructure and cadence that let teams move faster and in sync. Elliot holds an MBA in Finance & Management from Columbia Business School and a BBA from William & Mary.
