Nautical mile pay is guaranteed at the equivalent of 20 flight hours a month — $35,927 for a captain and $16,200 for a first officer — and there is no ceiling above it. The range shown is 50 to 70 hours a month. Fly more, earn more.
Base pay shown includes the $5,000 premium for captains who elect the 15/13 schedule. Captains on 8/6 start at $70,000.
PTO buyback — Jetvia buys back PTO hours in excess of the handbook rollover amount on your work anniversary, at $100/hr for a captain and $50/hr for a first officer.
Crew meals go on the company credit card, up to $900 a month.
401(k) match is 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%, for a maximum of 4%.
Paid by the mile, and it goes up every year
Every crew member is guaranteed the equivalent of 20 hours a month and is paid per nautical mile flown. Your rate steps up on each work anniversary — automatically, without a negotiation.

Know your days off months in advance
Fixed rotations with alternating holidays, so the calendar at home is settled long before the month starts.
Pick the rotation that fits your life: eight days on and six off, or fifteen on and thirteen off. Holidays alternate either way.

You don’t have to move for this job
We airline you to and from your home. Live in one of our 34 base cities, or live outside them entirely — we will still cover the cost of getting you home. All we ask is that you live within two hours of a Class C airport.
We get you to a Jetvia base before midnight or you get $500. If you arrive after 6am, you get full OT pay for the day. If you live outside a base, we guarantee your travel starts before midnight and we cover the cost to get you home — so you can live almost anywhere you want.

Six more ways the day pays
The hard hours are the ones that pay the most. None of these are buried in a handbook — they are on the rate sheet.
Paid by the minute for any duty before 7AM.
Paid by the minute whenever you land after 8PM.
Every leg you fly from the fourth of the day onward.
Per OT day for captains, $500 a day for first officers.
Per training day for captains, $250 for first officers — roughly eight days a year.
If we don’t get you to a base before midnight, it’s yours.
Built around flying, not waiting
Predictable report times, hotels you actually choose, and a dispatch team that releases you when the flying is done.
- Duty periods No trip scheduled, report at 9AM. Trip at or before 1200 local, one hour prior. Trip after 1201 local, 9AM. If legal rest prevents 9AM, your earliest report time.
- Hotels are your call Pick your own, on a $175 budget — $200 in New York and Southern California.
- Released when the day is done After roughly 10 hours of duty, or at the end of a day with no flights, dispatch should release you.
- 45-minute wheels up Our target from call to airborne. Quick wheels up means more ASAP trips, which means more hours flown — and you are paid for every one of them.
- Airport standby? Absolutely. Be ready to fly and earn more money.

The things you were going to ask anyway
- Training agreement — 12 months for initial, 6 months for recurrent. Recurrent is forgiven if you give 30 days’ notice before leaving.
- Is there a pay ceiling? No. Nautical mile pay is guaranteed at 20 hours a month and uncapped above it.
- Do I have to relocate? No. Live within two hours of a Class C airport and we handle the travel.
- What do crews actually fly? 50 to 70 hours a month on a normal rotation, on the largest Learjet fleet in the world.
- Who pays for meals on the road? We do — company card, up to $900 a month.
